We observe and document the immigration court process
Court Watch is a volunteer-driven program with the purpose of observing and documenting the immigration court process, holding judges and ICE accountable, protecting due process, and empowering and providing resources to individuals navigating immigration proceedings or immigration enforcement.
Our Court Watch volunteers provide round-the-clock coverage of court hearings and ICE field office appointments, initiating our rapid legal response team in the event of an arrest.
